Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)

An abdominoplasty, also known as a “tummy tuck”, is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and tightens the muscles of the abdominal wall. During the same procedure, the Body-Jet Liposuction is usually performed to gently contour the flank (“love handle”) areas. The result is a slimmer and more naturally contoured appearance of the abdomen. The abdominoplasty is performed as a day surgery procedure at Lakeview Surgery Centre.
